the first floor has an open concept great room with large eat-in kitchen and dining area, and a comfy sectional with large hdtv With a dining table for 10, kitchen table for 6, and breakfast bar for 3, there is enough seating for everyone to gather for large family meals. There is also a second sitting/tv room for those that want to break off from the group. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need, even for a seafood boil. The spacious master suite on the first floor has a magnificent view, king Marriott mattress, his and her walk-in closets, a luxurious bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, and access to the covered back terrace. The second bedroom downstairs offers a queen Marriott bed with walk-in closet and built-in desk area. Two separate half bathrooms (one off foyer and one off side door) and spacious laundry room completes the first floor.
